I, Esengeldieva Gulmira Toktasynovna, was born on May 1, 1966, in the Shuy district of the Jambyl region in the Republic of Kazakhstan. I graduated from Panfilov Secondary School in the Novy Put state farm in the Shuy district of the Jambyl region. In 1989, I graduated from the Philosophy and Economics Department of Kazakh State University named after S.M. Kirov. From 1989 to 1990, I worked as a lecturer in the Department of Political Economy at the Karatau branch of the Polytechnic Institute named after V.I. Lenin. From 1990 to 1993, she worked at the Department of Political Economy at AZVI. From 1994 to 2011, she worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Accounting and Auditing at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, lecturing on subjects such as “Statistics,” “History of Accounting Development,” and “Analysis of Economic Activity of an Enterprise.” Classes were conducted at a high scientific and methodological level. Since 2019, I have been teaching courses on “Entrepreneurship,” “Innovative Entrepreneurship,” “Macroeconomics,” “Digital Economy,” “The Labor Market in the Digital Economy,” “Digital Transformation in Business,” and others in Kazakh and Russian, and developed a teaching and methodological base for the courses. I am the author of more than 30 publications on current issues in economic science and teaching methodology in Russian and Kazakh. I regularly participate in scientific conferences. I am the author of the article “Influence of financial sustainability of households on default risks of regulated banks,” The 1st International Conference on Business Technology for a Sustainable Environmental System (BTSES-2020) in a journal indexed in the Scopus database. As part of an international conference on the topic “Economics of the Post- Pandemic World,” I wrote an article on the topic: “How small and medium-sized businesses influence the competitiveness of Kazakhstan.” In 2002, I participated in a research project on poverty in the South Caucasus, Central Asia, and Kazakhstan in collaboration with the World Bank. I am the author and developer of the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on the subject of “Kәсіпкерлік” for posting on educational online platforms, including open.kaznu.kz.I am constantly working to improve my qualifications and have extensive experience in scientific and methodological work. In 2023, I completed professional development courses on “The Application of Distance Learning Technologies: Digital Tools in Education”
